Adam Murka | Founder & Principal, Fidelity Strategies
Adam Murka brings over two decades of experience at the intersection of politics, higher education, nonprofits, and business to his role as the founder of Fidelity Strategies. His expertise spans federal and state government relations, strategic consulting, executive leadership, and revenue development—all grounded in a deep commitment to client impact.
Before launching Fidelity Strategies, Adam co-founded Q&A Strategies and served as Vice President for External Affairs and Chief of Staff to the President at Sinclair Community College, one of America’s largest and most innovative community colleges. There, he led efforts in federal and state advocacy, grant writing, crisis communication, and multi-million-dollar fundraising, playing a pivotal role in advancing student access, workforce innovation, and campus expansion.
Adam began his career in national politics, serving as District Director, Communications Director, and Campaign Manager for Congressman Mike Turner. In those roles, he was directly involved in federal appropriations, community development projects, and high-stakes campaign strategy.
His work across political and nonprofit campaigns has driven hundreds of millions of dollars in public and private investment, while shaping policy and opportunity for thousands. Adam is recognized for his strengths in legislative advocacy, project execution, executive coaching, and crisis and strategic communications.
When he’s not advising clients or analyzing policy, Adam is probably watching the Cincinnati Bengals, cooking, or doing both at once.
